Ongoing Development Team
Build and improve your business systems with our team. Understanding requirements is part of the ongoing work.
Systems built around how your business works.
Bitzania helps you understand your needs, build custom software, and improve it as your business changes. We map requirements together, including how your branches and brands work and the operational rules they follow.
You may have a system that no longer fits, processes managed through spreadsheets and chat, or an operational problem without a clear solution. You do not need a finished specification before starting a conversation.
Connected operations.
We agree on the scope based on how your teams work. A custom system can cover finance, purchasing, manufacturing, inventory, sales, and HR. It can support multiple branches, brands, or workflows that standard tools do not fit.
Examples of operational work include:
- Sales through to payment: quotations and orders, stock checks, delivery, invoicing, and receivables tracking in a connected workflow.
- Sales team operations: sales management, expense planning, and visit planning to support day-to-day team activities.
- Academy administration: a web application adapted to the administrative needs of a sports academy.
Start with a free initial meeting.
Our first meeting covers your business situation, challenges, and whether we are a suitable partner. We use it to decide the next step together. Consulting to clarify requirements and development work are paid services.
Two ways to start the work.
Separate consulting to clarify requirements
If you want to clarify your needs before starting development, we can begin with separate paid consulting. We agree on a scope to map workflows, define requirements, and set priorities.
Ongoing development with requirements work included
Understanding requirements is also part of ongoing development. We clarify needs, build according to priorities, then review the results and next requirements with your team. You do not need to take separate consulting before starting this service.
How we work together.
We define initial requirements through operational interviews and workflow mapping. Development happens in stages, with demos of the work, regular meetings, and coordination through WhatsApp.
Your team explains the processes and helps test the work to check that it meets your needs. As requirements change, we discuss them and set priorities together.
Start with three months of development.
Development begins with an initial three-month engagement. Requirements work is included and continues throughout development. After that, we can continue with a yearly contract by mutual agreement.
- Developer: at least 75% of working capacity allocated to your business.
- Project manager (PM) and technical lead: support multiple clients, including your team.
- Coordination: regular meetings, demos, and WhatsApp.
Agree scope and fees before starting.
We discuss fees for separate consulting or development privately. First, we understand your needs, priorities, scope, and team allocation. We then agree on the work before it begins.
Questions before getting started.
Is the initial meeting free?
Yes. The initial meeting is free and covers your business situation and whether we are a suitable partner. Detailed workflow mapping and planning what the software needs to do are paid work.
Is separate consulting needed before development?
No. Paid consulting can be a separate piece of work if you need clarity before development. With ongoing development, workflow mapping and planning what the software needs to do are included throughout the work.
Do we need to know exactly what to build?
You do not need a finished specification. Share your challenges, business structure, and current workflows. Together we identify requirements and priorities.
Is the whole team exclusive to us?
For ongoing development, at least 75% of the developer’s working capacity is allocated to your business. The PM and tech lead support multiple clients. We agree scope and allocation before starting.
How are fees agreed?
We discuss fees privately after understanding your operations, priorities, scope of work, and team allocation. We agree on scope and fees before work begins.
