Outgrowing your systems?

Bitzania develops custom software for business owners and operations teams managing complex workflows, multiple branches, or systems that no longer fit.

Where work gets stuck

Start with the work your team handles every day, not a list of software features.

The same data, entered again
Orders, stock, invoices, and payments sit in separate files or chats. Your team enters the same details again and checks differences by hand.
Branches, separate reports
Each branch or brand has its own records. Understanding the whole business means collecting reports and checking which figures are current.
Processes change, systems do not
Your processes have changed, but your system has not. Your team uses spreadsheets and manual steps for work the system does not support.

You do not need to choose a service before talking to us. These are three ways we can work together.

When you need clarity before committing to development.

Software Consulting

Separate, optional paid work to understand your operations and define what the software needs to do.

  • Discuss how your team works and map workflows.
  • Define requirements and identify priorities.
  • Agree the consulting scope before work begins.

From conversation to software

Your team's knowledge of daily operations shapes the work. We clarify needs together. You do not need to arrive with a finished specification.

  1. Talk through the situation

Tell us about your business, current tools, and where work gets stuck. We discuss whether we are a suitable partner and the next step.

  2. Map priorities and scope

We map workflows and needs with your team, identify priorities, and agree on how we will work together before starting.

  3. Review the work together

During development, your team reviews demos and tests whether the work meets your needs. We discuss new needs and prioritise them together.

How the ongoing team works

Start with three months. We study workflows and clarify needs throughout development. At least 75% of the developer's working capacity is allocated to your business. The project manager (PM) and technical lead support multiple clients. We can continue with an annual contract by mutual agreement.

Before we talk

Do we need a finished specification?

No. Start with your business situation, current tools, and the work that is difficult today. We clarify requirements and priorities with your team.

Is consulting required first?

No. Software Consulting is separate, optional paid work. You can start ongoing development without it. Workflow mapping and planning what the software needs to do are included throughout development.

What if we already have a system?

Tell us what it does, where it falls short, and what you want to change. We review the system before agreeing on what work can be done. Changes or connections to other systems are not automatically promised.

How are fees and timing decided?

We discuss fees and timing privately after understanding your needs, priorities, and scope of work. We agree on the work before starting. Ongoing development starts with an initial three months.

Tell us where work gets stuck

Tell us briefly about your business on WhatsApp. We can discuss your needs and decide where to start together.

Discuss your needs
  • Your business and the teams or branches involved
  • Your current tools and the main operational challenge
  • Your priorities and any target timeline

The initial meeting is free. Consulting and development are paid work, agreed separately.
